Do individual donors really pay nothing?
Yes. Individual donors never pay platform fees or management fees. You only cover payment processing (3.4% + 30¢), which goes directly to Stripe. Everything else is free forever.
What's included in the 0.8% management fee?
Everything: ACNC compliance, trustee governance, tax receipts, donor CRM, campaign tools, impact tracking, matching gifts, equipment recycling support, and dedicated support. No hidden costs.
Can I really migrate my Giving Fund (PAF / PuAF) for free?
If you're dissolving your existing Private Giving Fund (formerly PAF) or Public Giving Fund (formerly PuAF) and merging into Elevate, yes — migration is free. If you want to run both alongside each other, we'll work out custom pricing based on your needs.
Are there any setup fees?
No. Zero upfront costs. You can start giving or set up your organization foundation immediately.
How do you make money if individuals don't pay?
We make money from organization management fees (0.8% annually) and from the small platform fee on transactions (0.5%). This model lets us offer free foundation infrastructure to individuals while building sustainable infrastructure for everyone.
